Licensing grants limited permission to use named materials for a defined term and audience. It does not transfer ownership, authorship, trademarks, copyright, or the right to resell the framework.

All frameworks, names, diagrams, methods, scorecards, assessments, templates, language, presentation structures, and derivative concepts remain the intellectual property of Laqueeta Humes unless a separate written assignment expressly states otherwise.

No copying, reposting, or public distribution.

Clients may not upload materials to public websites, shared template marketplaces, public drives, repositories, social platforms, courses, membership libraries, or public AI datasets.

No resale, sublicensing, or white-labeling.

Licensed materials may not be resold, packaged into another service, delivered to outside clients, sublicensed, franchised, certified, or presented as the licensee’s proprietary methodology without explicit written commercial rights.

No removal of attribution or ownership notices.

Copyright notices, trademark symbols, framework names, ownership statements, and required attribution may not be removed, obscured, cropped, or replaced.

No unauthorized derivative frameworks.

Clients may not rename, lightly redesign, rearrange, translate, summarize, combine, reverse engineer, or modify the framework to avoid attribution or create a competing product. Approved internal customization must remain within the written license.

No AI training, cloning, or automated extraction.

Materials may not be used to train, fine-tune, ground, clone, or build an AI assistant, model, course generator, template engine, or automated consulting product without a separate written AI-use license.

Access is limited to named users and approved entities.

Licensees must control access and may not share credentials, files, recordings, facilitator guides, or licensed materials with affiliates, contractors, vendors, parent companies, subsidiaries, or partners unless listed in the agreement.

Unauthorized use may end the license immediately.

The final agreement may include suspension, termination, takedown obligations, deletion or return of materials, unpaid license fees, injunctive relief, damages, audit rights, and recovery of enforcement costs where permitted by law.
